I see you.
I see you, the future, when I close my eyes and let the world fade away, and when I open them to greet the morning light. I see you in that liminal space between both, in the weightless moments of dreaming, where reality and imagination intertwine. You rise before me as a landscape of possibility, painted in brushstrokes of color so vivid they hum with the symphony of life. Prisms of color bursting across the horizon, scattering shades of pink, gold, amber, and deep violet into a shifting sky.
I see you in the laughter of my children, their genuine smiles blooming like beautiful wildflowers in the sun. They look at me, and through me, into their own futures, eyes so bright with the wonder of what’s to come. Their joy and laughter is a waterfall, tumbling and sparkling in the background of every day; a constant music that turns the ordinary into something transcendental.
I see you in the embrace of someone who I've grown to love so deeply that he has become a part of my soul. His arms are a place I have always known, even before they ever held me. His love is a steady, living thing, rooted strongly in our past, fully alive in the present, and reaching forward like a blossoming vine toward every tomorrow we will ever share together. His eyes hold a light that stays with me long after he’s gone from the room; his smile, the warmth of a peaceful summer day spent laying in the grass. Nothing to do, but be. His voice moves through me like a gentle current, carrying both comfort and courage. It's a vibration that is soft in the good times and grounding in the torrential storms of life.
I see you in the effortless flow of abundance. Money arrives not as a burden or desperation, but as a lightly flowing river; a fuel for dreams, for joy, for wandering into new horizons and experiences that are worth more than anything else that it can buy.
I see you, future. And every time I do, you feel a little closer, a little more real, calling me forward with an unshakable knowing: we are already on our way to one another.
